Prior to establishing her company Averil had nearly twenty years experience in Human Resources in the commercial sector of retail and fmcg. She started her career with British Aerospace , moved on to Pentos Retailing group - comprising Dillons Bookstores, Athena & Ryman stationer. Her most significant role was at Coca Cola Enterprises in the position of Human Resource Director.
As both a Human Resource specialist and a coach, Averil enjoys facilitating individuals, teams and organisations across a wide range of clients. Professional & experienced she is a highly skilled HR & coaching practioner. She complements this with a swift response, energy and enthusiasm with clients.
